Expert in spectroscopic and multivariate data analysis, the Ondalys team regularly offers webinars on Machine Learning and Chemometrics.

Watch previous webinars below

This webinar aims to present the most common advanced Machine Learning methods to go further in the analysis of your complex spectroscopic data.

During this webinar, Astrid Maléchaux from Ondalys explains which methods to use to manage non-linear relationships, analyze heterogeneous databases, predict complex parameters, take into account variability factors and all this even with few samples!

Webinar program :

  • What is complex data?
  • Local regression (LWR)
  • Support Vector Machines (SVM)
  • Decision trees and ensemble methods (CART and RF / XGBoot)
  • Artificial neural networks (ANN)
  • Comparison between methods on a practical case
  • Conclusion

Webinar presented using the software

PLS Toolbox, logiciel de chimiometrie

This webinar aims to explain how to couple online Raman spectroscopy with Machine Learning tools to optimize the non-destructive analysis of CHO cell cultures and the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).

Discover how to improve the yield and reproducibility of monoclonal antibody batches through real-time monitoring of critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs), such as mAbs, nutrients and metabolites concentration or viable cell density.

With 2 of our partners, INDATECH and the NMNS laboratory of the University of Tours, we present the results obtained within the framework of the CLIMBIN project, a collaborative R&D project.

The aim of this project was to provide the bioproduction sector with an innovative solution, based on the PAT (Process Analytical Technology) and QbD (Quality by Design) approach, to optimize and automate the monitoring of suspended cell cultures (CHO, …) in various types of bioreactors.

This webinar focuses on combining spectral data and process parameters (such as temperature, pH, etc.) to perform real-time monitoring and control of batch processes.

Learn how to build a process monitoring model and implement it using the SIMCA® and SIMCA®-Online software suite from our partner Sartorius.

The following topics are discussed in this webinar:

  • improve understanding and control of processes
  • control the product quality
  • improve the performance of your processes (reducing production times and costs, optimizing raw materials, etc.)
  • develop and implement process monitoring models using SIMCA® and SIMCA®-Online software
