Objectives
This training session on Mixture Designs is intended for people, involved in product formulation, wishing to:
- Discover the basic methods of Mixture Designs
- Improve understanding of processes through mixture designs of experiments, with and/or without constraints
- Control formulation studies, from screening to optimization
- Know more about combined Mixture design
During the training, the method principles are introduced by a geometric approach. Emphasis is placed on the practical use of the method and the interpretation of the results.
Application exercises are proposed for each method. The training will be held on software dedicated to Design of Experiments: Design Expert® (StateEase) or Stat-Ease 360® (StatEase).
